Dear Sir,
We, the habitants of your locality, would like to inform you that we have been suffering for lack of pure drinking water. Most often we have to take drinking water from ponds and canals. As a result causes fatal disease like cholera, dysentery etc has become an annual affair in the village.

We, therefore, request you to kindly sanction a tube-well for the village immediately and oblige thereby.
